Classes are £10 each or 5 classes for £40.


I use Breathwork & somatics (body based techniques) to help my clients to manage stress & anxiety. Once these techniques are learnt you can practice and self manage at home. In just 10 minutes daily you can keep your mind & body peaceful and calm.


 Breathwork is the practice of changing the pace or depth of the breath and this can have many benefits on both physical & emotional health.


I am fully trained as a breathwork coach, with over 400 hours of personal training. 


Breathwork & somatics have helped me to practically eliminate migraines and IBS, by helping me to connect to my body and understand the signals my body sends when it needs me to slow down! ​

Anxiety

Learn how to release stuck emotion, tension and stress from the body using a simple technique that you can continue to do at home

Breathwork can help us to let go of past trauma or stress by calming down a part of our brain called the default mode network. If we can release these feelings in a place of safety we then won't be triggered into that response anymore. ​ ​

Using only our breath, we can change our state of arousal from switched on and hyped to calm and peaceful or vice versus. This is so useful in everyday life, when we may need to calm our response to someone who is triggering us, or perhaps be a bit more switched on to do something at work ​
