In my experience clients can often trace the start of their anxiety back to a traumatic event that they were unable to fully process at the time. I can show you how to do that, safely and at your own pace. 

The sessions are designed in blocks of 4. Having helped many clients overcome anxiety I have found that this is something that needs to be done over a period of time. The method I will teach you works for everyone, your individual circumstances will define how many sessions you need.

All the techniques that I teach are built in consultation with a neuroscientist.

I will take time to understand what you want to achieve and then build a personal plan, based on your goal and your individual needs.

Can be held either online, at your home (within 10 miles of Selsey) or my studio (in Selsey)

Sessions last approximately 60 minutes (we will go slightly over this time if needed)

Includes text or wotsapp support between each session to help you to fully integrate your learning into your daily routines and to overcome any blocks

A bit about me & my journey

Just so you know you are in good hands, let's get the qualifications bit done. 


I'm a qualified anxiety & PTSD coach (registered at Associate Level with the International Coaching Federation) and a trauma informed breathwork coach. As a breathwork coach I have over 400 hours of training. 
 
I am qualified to use EMDR (eye movement desensitisation reprocessing) 

I am also a qualified reiki practitioner.

For many years I experienced regular migraines and IBS. They affected my day job, with me having regular sick days and my weekends where I'd often be in bed with a migraine for a whole day.  Then I learnt how to release stress and tension from my body and how to continually connect with my body to stop the stress and tension recurring.

I've now been migraine and IBS free for over 4 years. Now I can share these techniques with you!
