Hi, I'm Andrea


A bit about me & my journey


I'm a qualified anxiety & PTSD coach (registered at Associate Level with the International Coaching Federation) and a trauma informed breathwork coach. As a breathwork coach I have over 400 hours of training. 


 I have supported over 50 clients to overcome and manage anxiety. I've run over 100 breathwork sessions, both online and in person and 10 long term programmes supporting clients through anxiety and PTSD. I am qualified to use EMDR (eye movement desensitisation reprocessing) 

 

For many years I experienced regular migraines and IBS. They affected my day job, with me having regular sick days and my weekends where I'd often be in bed with a migraine for a whole day. 


 Then I learnt how to release stress and tension from my body and how to continually connect with my body to stop the stress and tension recurring. I've been migraine and IBS free for over 4 years. 


 Now I can share these techniques with you!
