A bit about me and my journey


I'm a qualified anxiety & PTSD coach (registered at Associate Level with the International Coaching Federation) and a trauma informed breathwork coach. As a breathwork coach I have over 400 hours of training.  

I have  supported over 50 clients to overcome and manage anxiety. I've run over 100 breathwork sessions, both online and in person and 10 long term programmes supporting clients through anxiety and PTSD.

I am qualified to use EMDR (eye movement desensitisation reprocessing) 

For many years I experienced regular migraines and IBS. They affected my day job, with me having regular sick days and my weekends where I'd often be in bed with a migraine for a whole day.  

Then I learnt how to release stress and tension from my body and how to continually connect with my body to stop the stress and tension recurring.

I've been migraine and IBS free for over 4 years. 
Now I can share these techniques with you!

What's Included?

That guide you step by step through everything you need to know to master anxiety control by using somatics, breathwork and neuroscience

I show you how to do each technique step by step in the videos. You can start practicing right away and feel better immediately. The worksheets help you to reflect and begin to recognise subtle signs in your body, so you can act before becoming overwhelmed

2 monthly face to face live sessions with me. 

1st Tuesday monthly is breathwork, 3rd Tuesday is somatics

To practice the techniques in community with your fellow travellers, with my support . In my experience anxiety is often based in unreleased tension and trauma and during these sessions we will begin the release process gently and at your own pace.

Live sessions are held at St Peters Church Hall, Selsey, West Sussex

  • How much time will I need to commit?
    To go through the lessons it's really up to you, you can take it at your own pace. I recommend 15 - 20 minutes daily but if you miss a day, that's fine. There's no time limit for completion.

    Once you get into the lessons, you'll need to build a regular practice of the techniques that you will learn. This is to bring your levels of anxiety down over time. For those, I recommend 10-15 minutes daily. The key with the techniques is to do SOMETHING every day when you start and then when your anxiety levels drop you can just do top ups when you are feeling in need.
  • How long will it take before my anxiety is cured?
    Anxiety is never cured because it is a natural bodily response. You are probably here because that response has become heightened to a point where it's unmanageable. I will teach you how to control and manage anxiety naturally so that they don't reach problem levels again
  • What happens in the live sessions?
    In the live sessions we will practice the techniques that are in the lessons.

    Breathwork happens in the first session of the month and somatics (bodily techniques) the next.

    If you are joining online you can join from home, where you can be quiet and undisturbed. You'll need a bit of space around you as we do move for the somatic session and it's best if you join wearing headphones as the music I will play is all part of the experience.

    If you are joining the in person sessions, these are in Selsey. I will provide you with a yoga mat and blanket (feel free to bring your own if you prefer) There is the same pattern of practice for these, the first session monthly is breathwork and the second is somatics.
  • How long do I need to be a member for?
    You can cancel your membership any time.

    I will be constantly adding new material and updating material as new science research becomes available, so I'd love it if you stayed a member. The live sessions are a great way to maintain levels of balance, after you've gone through the course materials.
